Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
However, you may request an exchange or store credit within 10 days of receiving your item, provided it meets the eligibility conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is deemed defective or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, a replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the EU cooling off period. Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Please note that refunds are not issued. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued instead.
Store Credit Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, store credit will be issued within 10 business days. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
